The Role The Business Development Analyst, Private Equity (PE) will serve as a critical strategic resource within Spencer Stuart’s Private Equity Practice, supporting the firm’s growing advisory portfolio and enabling high‑quality, responsive business development and client engagement efforts. This individual will partner closely with PE Consultants, and the Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) Client Development team (CDT) to design bespoke client proposals, develop compelling presentation materials, and strengthen the firm’s overall go‑to‑market execution within the PE advisory space. The Business Development Analyst will bring consulting acumen, strong analytical capability, robust learning agility, and exceptional communication skills to ensure that clients receive timely, best‑in‑class proposals and materials. By assuming ownership of proposal development, pitch support, and content customization, this role will meaningfully enhance responsiveness to clients allowing leaders to focus on client delivery, relationship building, and strategic account management.
