Rehabilitation Program Manager $130,000-160,000 + Bonus + Paid Relocation Indio, CA The organization is committed to providing innovative and comprehensive care for the elderly, enabling them to live in their homes and communities. This program utilizes a collaborative Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) approach to evaluate and guide participant care, focusing on treating the whole person. The facility offers office space at the Indio location. The Rehabilitation Program Manager will coordinate the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, to program participants. This role is crucial for ensuring that all services are provided in compliance with professional, clinical competency standards, and all applicable state and federal regulatory requirements, including PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and ADHC regulations.
