Position Purpose: We are looking for a passionate Floral Team Lead that can achieve sales and customer service goals established for the floral department through creativity and marketing of services provided. Oversees the team in the floral department. The Floral Team Lead is a well-trained designer that can do everything from creating boutonnieres for a wedding or Prom to designing a household of silks or fresh flower arrangements for the tastes of the elite. Responsibilities: A Floral Team Lead is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
