Description KEENE FAMILY YMCA Job Description: Job Title: Gymnastics Assistant Team Coach Pay Grade: 5 FLSA Status: Part Time-Non-Exempt Pay Range: $13.60-$17.01-$20.41 Reports to: Gymnastics Coordinator Revision Date: 3.18.2026 POSITION SUMMARY: Supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Build members and the community’s understanding of the YMCA’s cause and impact. This position provides professional and high-quality coaching to all levels of the gymnastics team in a safe, educational, and fun environment, while also providing effective communication between team parents and coaches.
