Reports to: Environmental Service Manager The Maintenance will be responsible for specific operations related to mechanical, electrical and maintenance departments. Our Maintenance Aide will be the first point of contact for any concerns related to the facilities of the home. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support in the maintenance department, painting operations of the home, general upkeep, as well as making sure everything is as per the company standards. - Assist with the property maintenance including exterior duties including snow removal property lightning, garbage, and other general operations. - Other duties as required. - Participates in company meetings as assigned.
