Main Street Suite C Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Coverage area: Travel is required throughout the territory Schedule: Full Time- 32 hrs/week. Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM Generations Hospice is seeking a caring, empathetic, and organized Bereavement Coordinator! Our Bereavement Coordinators provide compassionate bereavement support to individuals and families as they cope with the emotional challenges following the loss of a loved one.
