Overview POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager – Business Development – AOC is responsible for increasing AOC sales growth by assisting Account Managers with lead generation, which entails contacting and qualifying active and passive prospective clients, using a screening process to assess their needs and viability, and presenting to the respective Associate Manager or Sales Director. In addition, Business Development supports AOC sales objectives by participating in and completing various assignments that lead to market research in key areas. The base pay estimate for this role is $89,000 - $151,300 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for commission. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
