Come join our team as a Prefab Associate! The Prefab Associate is critical to completing the pre-fabrication of materials as required to R.T. Moore quality standards as assigned by the pre-fabrication supervisor. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Thoroughly complete the pre-fabrication of tub and tub shower valves in a manner consistent with RTMC standards ensuring all connections are leak free and valve is operational - Accurately complete testing and tagging of temporary sump pumps per prescribed methods; keep sump pumps organized and stored in designated location - Precisely measure, cut and thread black pipe to field crew’s specifications - Systematically ensure requisition of materials - Steadily complete prefabrication of other components as required QUALIFICATIONS: - A high school diploma or GED is required - No prior experience necessary, warehouse and forklift experience a plus - Proactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills necessary - Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal - Aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem-solving - Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization - Must...
