Schedule Full Time, Day Shift (72 hours biweekly) Hours: 7:30 to 8:00pm, 3 x 12-hour shifts / week Rotation: Every third weekend: General Summary: Provides safe, therapeutic, and efficient care and services to patients. Assists in the care of patients, performs treatments, administers medications (if qualified and appropriately supervised), performs routine diagnostic, technical and/or special radiographic procedures at a general skill level and instructs patients and their families in appropriate care, as directed by their provider. Essential Functions: - Performs radiographic examinations. - Positions and transfers patients safely and comfortably and explain basic procedures. - Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures. - Obtains and documents reason for visit, patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, weight, respirations, pulse, and BMI. - Assists providers with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care. - Collects specimens as directed by provider.
