Description Property Manager: Huntington Park Apartments: Position: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Hourly Rate: Starting at $ 25.00 per hour Highland Management Group Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for our Huntington Park Apartments located in Shakopee MN, Huntington Park Apartments is a 125 -unit property. Living on-site is not a requirement of this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount! As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for Day-to-day, on-site management and resident relations. You will achieve and maintain optimum occupancy through the marketing and leasing of apartment units and renewal of existing leases and perform supervision of the physical property. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: · Market and lease apartment units to achieve occupancy goals. · Monitor hours for on-site staff in Paylocity. · Approve bills, as required.
