JOB SUMMARY: Experienced Licensed Professional Counselor or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide services in NTMC's new outpatient behavioral health clinic. Provider will assist the director in educating staff on when and how to make referrals to the clinic. The position provides a range of psychological screening/ assessments, diagnostic and therapeutic services for individuals, couples, groups and/or families in the outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, ongoing individual and/or group therapy, related documentation and community referrals as indicated. NTMC is excited to add this new service line and anticipates it to grow quickly over the next year, as the community learns of this available service. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Provide behavioral/mental health screenings, initial assessments and treatment plans for patients referred from other RHC clinicians, and the community at large. - Provides clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults and families, including individual, couple and family therapy, in person as well as via telemedicine visits. - Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and o...
