The Assistant Manager owns the overall Shops transformational experience of Kripalu guests by driving daily revenue, Visual execution, cleanliness and delivery of the tools and products that enhance their experience, both during their retreat visit and at home. This position is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the shop, cafe, and shop team run smoothly and partners with Shop Leadership to optimize revenue and execute retail strategy. SALARY INFORMATION: Hourly, Non – Exempt role: Min: 21 dollars – Max: 23 dollars Accountabilities: Serve as the primary Manager-on-Duty, overseeing daily shop operations and ensuring smooth floor coverage during assigned shifts.
