Duties and Responsibilities As Runner Attendant ,I will perform the following relevant tasks for this role: - Responsible for collecting soiled linen and replacing areas with processed linen. - Ensure par level of linen is monitored daily. - Collect required stock supplies for shift. - Support Room Attendant if needed - Ensure all supplies and cleaning equipment are in good working condition and stored in proper locations. - Ensure that guest requests for additional linen are delivered promptly. - Return any lost and found items to the Laundry Supervisor and complete required forms. - Report equipment failure, damage to furnishings or missing items to Supervisor. - Handle guest requests and immediately refer issues and feedback to Supervisor. - Provide assistance to guests in all resort emergency evacuation and medical procedures. - Maintain a high standard of hygiene and sanitation throughout all areas. - Behave in an ecology friendly manner, help to reduce the amount of energy and cleaning supplies. - Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors. - Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
