About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Plant Performance Manager . By covering this position, you will lead performance improvement initiatives across the Plant, ensuring the effective implementation and promotion of Operational Excellence and Smart Factory initiatives for our Belsk Duży (PL) Plant . In this role you will act as a key driver of continuous improvement, partnering with plant stakeholders to enhance process efficiency, line performance, and the overall operational standards of the site. Main Responsibilities: By covering this role, you will: - Manage the roll‑out of Operational Excellence initiatives for the Plant, acting as a true change agent and promoting a continuous improvement mindset . - Partner with Plant referents to define plans for Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and training sessions. - Lead or support the execution of continuous improvement activities at the plant level, ensuring alignment with the operational strategy. - To coach plant referents on Ferrero Operational Excellence methodologies and their developments, leveraging the "“train-the-trainer” concept to ensure full accountability for implementing performance impro...
