Production Assistant (Printing & Film Operations)

Key Responsibilities: - Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers - Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished product throughout the production area - Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment - Monitor product quality and assist with inspections - Package and label finished materials - Maintain clean and organized work areas - Follow all safety procedures and company policies - Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow - Perform other production support tasks as assigned Physical Requirements: - Ability to work 12-hour shifts - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs - Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting -...
