The Role: As an Operations Analyst, you will be the bridge between clinical data and strategic action. You’ll support our financial, administrative, and clinical departments by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with executive leadership and department directors, you will identify trends, solve problems, and develop recommendations that directly improve the performance of Lincoln Surgical Hospital and our partner surgery centers. Schedule: Full-time (80 hours per pay period) | Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
