FBI Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) Location: Winchester, VA Remote Work: No Clearance: Active TS, must be willing to take a CI Poly Work Status: Full-Time Travel Requirements: None ATSG is actively seeking candidates for a potential upcoming contract. This position is contingent upon award, and hiring decisions will be finalized once the contract is granted. Position Description: ATSG is presently identifying candidates for a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) in Winchester, VA. In conjunction with the contractor PM and DPM, the QAM is responsible for overseeing and managing the contractor’s QCP to ensure that all deliverables meet the established quality standards. The QAM will track and analyze quality scores provided by the government’s Quality Assurance Unit (QAU), identifying trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks. Based on these insights, the QAM will provide actionable recommendations to enhance service delivery and compliance with contract requirements.
