Job description

The RSI Manager will be responsible for developing and advancing strategic relationships with international payers and brokers to expand global patient access to Mayo Clinic campuses in Arizona, Florida and Minnesota. Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contract language and knowledge of market dynamics in Latin America and the Caribbean will be critical to success. The RSI Manager will serve as a core member of the international contracting team within the department of Revenue Strategy and Innovation. Serves in an operational leadership role for a defined RSI team, process, and/or function, either on an enterprise (multi-site) basis or a high-impact function for a single site. Coordinates own and team member roles and work assignments to deliver success over the area managed and its outputs.
