Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid) In this position, you’ll be based in the Toronto (East Beaver Creek) office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. The Financial Proxy Administrator reports to the Team Leader, NA Proxy Tabulation. This role will work collaboratively with the Issuer Services Registry/Front Office teams and other business units in order to meet the client’s Meeting and/or Mailing requirements. They will assume responsibility for assigned files and handle their execution in accordance with processes, time frames, regulatory requirement and guidelines.
