Job Summary: We are looking for a CNC MACHINIST that can start working right away. The CNC Machinist will set-up and operate CNC equipment, make all necessary changes to CNC tooling and programs, create programs, and perform their own inspection. Job Requirements: - Make all necessary changes to tooling, programs, speeds, cutter paths under minimum supervision. - Set-up and run CNC equipment. - Perform in-process inspections and simple first article inspections. - Perform buy-off for production at CNC machine centers with supervisor’s approval. - Recognize and replace any dull or chipped tools. - Document inspections as required. - Create programs at CNC machines. - Use and read measuring devices necessary for inspection of machined parts. - Keep accurate part counts. - Re-evaluate and/or reject...
