Special Projects Manager – Innovation & Delivery

We’re hiring a high-capacity operator into the Innovation & Delivery team to help drive Clover’s most important cross-functional initiatives from strategy into execution. You’ll join a small, high-leverage team that works on the systems, programs, and strategic efforts shaping Clover’s next chapter. This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and likes turning ambiguity into momentum. You’ll work closely with others in the Innovation & Delivery team on high-priority initiatives, helping translate direction into structured action, drive workstreams forward, and build the operating cadence that keeps complex work on track. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, analytically sharp, and excited to grow as an operator.
