Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Purpose: The Medical Staff Data Integrity & Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting core Medical Staff operations by managing provider data integrity, onboarding workflows, informatics-related processes, and administrative functions that support Medical Staff governance and regulatory readiness. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across systems such as OPUS, Workday, and provider onboarding platforms. The Coordinator serves as a key liaison between Medical Staff Services, Marketing, Health Informatics, IT, and other operational partners. What you will do: Provider Data Management - Maintain and update provider information in the OPUS database to ensure accuracy for Marketing, public directories, and internal communication tools. - Perform routine audits to validate data integrity and identify inconsistencies. - Coordinate provider updates with external and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate public-facing profiles.
