ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to technical expert for our clients, working on-site to keep their equipment running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include: Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair issues with printers, copiers, scanners, and multifunction devices for our clients. Client Support: Provide friendly, efficient technical support via phone, email, on-site visits, and remote tools. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance (cleaning, calibration, software updates) to ensure devices operate at peak performance. Installations: Run-up, deliver, and install printers, multifunction devices, and related software at client locations. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with MicrotechDPS products and technologies, continuously expanding your technical knowledge.
