Position Summary: Coordinates Inventory replenishment and management for multiple inventory locations. Provides back up leadership to department Manager as needed. Assists with inventory projects and Materials Management Information System as requested. JOB TITLE: Supv, Materials Management, Materials Management, (Full time, Days) DEPARTMENT: Materials Management: LOCATION: UMMC North Street Campus: 127 North Street Batavia, NY 14020 HOURS PER WEEK: 40: SCHEDULE: 7:30 a- 4:30 or 8a to 5 pm Key Responsibilities: Maintains appropriate inventory level for RGHS and affiliates. Acts as a resource person informing others and relaying information. - Maintains adequate and appropriate materials for an effective and efficient inventory/operation for all Inventory locations. - Develops and maintains inventory levels for all inventory locations. - Communicates with outside vendors on delivery and price reconciliations. - Responsible for maintaining Materials Management Information System controls receipts, issues and on hands.
