Summary: This position is responsible for Industrial Hygiene activities in the USA. The role of the Industrial Hygienist is to ensure that all Occupational Health (IH) related programs for Roger’s facilities in the USA are implemented and managed to meet regulatory compliance and Rogers best practice guidelines. This is a corporate role that will also be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving environmental, health and safety management systems. Qualifications: - Develops, implements, leads, and audits US IH programs and policies. - Determines sampling strategy and conducts workplace monitoring to meet regulatory requirements/Rogers’ guidance, to help ensure Rogers’s employees work in a safe environment. - Manages the annual IH surveys to be conducted at all Rogers US locations directly by this position. Includes equipment management, lab coordination, report writing and employee notifications. - Analyzes/interprets sampling data results and compares to establish exposure limits (i.e. PELs, Als, STELs, TLVs, etc.) - Identifies and recommends controls to reduce exposure levels to sampling analytes - Assesses new materials coming into the manufacturing environment to d...
