About the role: The Activities Manager is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing and directing person-centered care activities and events for residents, as well as resident transportation. The Activities Manager is responsible to provide a homelike social and physical environment; to assess resident’s strengths, to identify resident’s needs and provide services that promote each resident’s highest level of physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.
