Job description

The Head of Maintenance is a hands-on operational leader responsible for day-to-day execution and performance of maintenance activities supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role ensures equipment uptime, rapid issue resolution, workforce effectiveness, and strict GMP compliance in a unionized environment.
