Description The Senior IT Business Analyst (BA) / ERP / Reporting Administrator is a senior-level technical and functional role responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and support of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), reporting, and manufacturing-integrated systems. This position serves as a key subject-matter expert and trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, bridging complex business requirements with scalable technical solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics administration, manufacturing system integration, and enterprise reporting platforms including Power BI, SQL, and SSRS. The Senior Administrator drives data-driven decision-making, system reliability, and continuous process improvement across manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and operations.
