Are you a seasoned Project/Program Manager with a passion for driving transformation within the financial services industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to join our Investor Services Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving process and technology change across the group, influencing decisions, and delivering complex projects with significant impact. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Lead, coordinate and successfully implement multiple projects/programs across Operations, in cooperation with our Product, Technology partners and for/with our clients. - Formulate detailed project plans, analysis of effort, cost and impact on various Citi businesses to ensure timely execution and mitigate potential risks. - Support in analysis & oversight of proposed system changes to assure smooth projects implementation. - Build and manage an effective project team. - Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation. - Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation risk. - Ensure that all necessary project documentation is maintained and all necessary approvals for the project ar...
