We are seeking a passionate, full-time Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional to join our team in the Clinton, NC area. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to transform the lives of youth by providing a comprehensive range of services that treat the whole person and empower families to find their way forward. ** Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!** Your Role in Our Mission: As an Intensive In-Home Qualified Professional, you will work as part of a team to provide therapy that involves the child (ages 3–20), their family, and extended family, while also implementing an evidence‑based therapeutic model known as Eco‑Systemic Structural Family Therapy. This will generally occur during the hours of 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm and may include interventions with schools and the juvenile justice system, or coordination of care interventions in the home.
