Reprint Production Associate (Princeton, NJ Hybrid)

Overview HarperCollins Publishers is currently seeking a Production Associate to assist the Reprint Production department in daily tasks related to the reprinting of backlist titles. The Associate will be responsible for issuing purchase orders, achieving optimal pricing, maintaining schedule fidelity, and overseeing the reprint production lifecycle for both Adult and Children’s titles. The Associate will also be in charge of managing the reprint correction process in collaboration with the Design and Editorial departments. This is a high volume and fast-paced position. It is a great opportunity for a self-starter who wishes to learn about making books, both print and digital. This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence in our Princeton, NJ, office a minimum of three days per week.
