Job description

SUMMARY: Supervise and direct agents in the safeguarding of guests, assets, and personnel through observation, communication, accurate documentation, and teamwork. Monitors audio and video surveillance equipment. Radio dispatches information to security. Monitors access equipment. Provides for safety and security of patrons, employees, visitors, and assets of CNE. Monitors activity to ensure compliance with all Gaming policies and procedures. Maintains logs and completes forms. Performs checks and completes logs on condition of equipment ensuring surveillance equipment is operating properly. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following: - Supervises and directs the performance of Agent’s job duties on assigned shift for all aspects of daily department operation. - Performs administrative tasks and paperwork on assigned shift. - Ensures that all the surveillance systems are operating and recording as designed and to require specifications. - Ensures surveillance of the gaming areas where possible cheating, theft, non-compliance of Gaming Policies or Tribal/State/Federal Regulations, and criminal acts may occur. - Maintains knowledge of most current CNE Internal Cont...
