Guest Services: - Welcome and assist golfers with their bags, equipment, and provide exceptional customer service. - Manage the golf bag drop area, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process. - Coordinate tee times, cart rentals, and other golf-related services for guests. - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Staff Supervision: - Train and schedule outside service staff. - Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 3.
