The Multifamily Housing Finance Group represents lenders active in the multifamily housing industry with a focus on closing loans secured by multifamily projects and delivering those loans to secondary market investors. The Paralegal is tasked with reviewing and analyzing titles and surveys for multifamily housing properties, requiring a comprehensive understanding of these areas. This role includes a component of billable hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct title and survey review and analysis for commercial real estate loans, including but not limited to Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac. Maintain thorough and current knowledge of commercial real estate lending guidelines. Perform paralegal duties and responsibilities as directed by the group leader and other attorneys.
