About Us At ANZ, we're applying new ways technology and data can be harnessed as we work towards a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers. About the Role: The role provides senior technical consultation supporting the installation, availability and performance of mainframe software. The incumbent must have an extensive knowledge of mainframe software, including IBM’s z/OS operating system and SMP/E environment. The role requires constant liaison with other technical support areas including PSSC (Production Services Support Centre) to provide effective service to customers. There is a further requirement to provide 24X7 on call system support on a rostered basis. This senior position requires the incumbent possess strong mentoring skills to support and direct more junior team members. What will your day look like?
