As a Lead Front Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing services to patients and referring professionals by answering phones, scheduling appointments, cheerfully greeting and registering patients and performing other duties as assigned. This is a leadership role within the greater administrative team; from process improvements, staff planning, training and supervision. This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts between 7:00am-5:00pm.
