Role - Service and maintain domestic gas appliances and heating systems within social housing properties. - Conduct annual gas safety inspections and issue Gas Safety Certificates in line with regulatory requirements. - Diagnose and repair faults in boilers, heating systems, pipework, and gas appliances. - Ensure all gas work complies with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. - Respond to emergency callouts related to gas leaks, appliance failures, or heating outages. - Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs using company systems. - Communicate clearly with tenants regard...
