Job Summary: Estimating Specialist will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting construction plans to determine quantities of construction for earthwork projects. Take-Off Technicians will work closely with estimators in making sure they get accurate quantities in a timely manner. Qualifications: - Provide quality job takeoffs & proposal preparation. - Read and fully understand project drawings, blueprints, building plans, construction contracts, engineering specifications and RFP's. - Review plans, soil reports, bid schedules, specification for information necessary to understand scope of work. - Perform material takeoffs, pre-planning earthwork phasing assignments with accuracy and on-time. - Assist with preparation of estimates on conceptual, design-build, lump su...
