Product Specialist (Integration) — Barcelona About the team: Our Product Specialist team sits at the heart of SumUp's Ecosystem — acting as the critical link between the merchants using our products and the engineers and product managers building them. We handle integration support, diagnose complex technical issues, and make sure the feedback that matters actually reaches the people who can act on it. This role exists because our team is growing and the work is expanding. We're bringing in someone who can take ownership of integration-related support from day one, help us scale our early-stage products, and grow into a more senior specialist over time.
