Meridian Services offers person-centered supports and cares to individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities across a diverse range of settings. These include Residential Services, In-Home Services, and Case Management Services. Today, we have 30 group homes, 150 In-Home person served, and over 100 Case Managers across the state of Minnesota. Job Title: Program Manager – Residential Group Home Services Location: Maple Grove, MN Schedule: Monday – Friday typical daytime business hours with availability for evenings and weekends based on needs of the program and staffing. Managers are on-call for their program during the week and rotate being on-call during the weekends and holidays with a team of managers. Job Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for the management of their assigned program, with additional support provided for on-call coverage across other programs.
