Job Description Plans, organizes and carries-out strategic sales and lead generation within assigned territory. Develops and maintains new client business relationships to increase the adoption of provider network and on-site clinics for self-insured employers; and occupational health services and wellness services for fully-insured and self-insured employers. Cross sells and expands opportunities to existing clients. Job Responsibility: 1.Promotes awareness and use of products and services to prospective organizations including self-insured and full-insured employers throughout the New York metropolitan area. 2.Work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors. 3.Regularly exercises independent judgment when selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results, and making recommendations to clients. 4.Plans, organizes and carries-out presentations and group events for executives, benefit plan managers, brokers and general agents. 5.Identifies areas for possible improvements and addresses problems within scope of responsibility. 6.Establishes, builds and maintains positive, professi...
