Building Science Consultant (Multiple Positions) (Stantec Consulting Services Inc.; San Francisco, CA): Review Building Envelope drawings, specifications, RFI and submittals. Assist Project Managers with project proposals andproject budget management. Perform field testing to confirm building enclosure performance. Perform periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items related to Building envelopment. Support proposals and establishing financial budgets. Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The salary range is $97,400 - $141,200 per year. #LI-DNI #GTM Bonus: Individuals in this position may be paid a discretionary bonus. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.
