Job Description: - Execute the regional sales strategy with a focus on sustainable growth - Build, manage, and maintain a qualified sales pipeline - Identify, engage, and win new customers, particularly serial packaging machine builders - Leverage and expand existing networks within the OEM and system integrator ecosystem - Build and maintain long-term, strategic customer relationships - Lead complex CAPEX sales cycles (6–18 months) from initial contact to contract closure - Analyze customer applications and clearly communicate technical and economic value (ROI) - Deliver technical presentations to engineering and management stakeholders - Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and operations - Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings - Provide structured market and customer feedback to support product and business development Additional Information: - Several years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales, ideally in automation, robotics, or machinery - Proven success in complex project and CAPEX sales - Established network with machine builders, OEMs, or system integrators, ideally within the packaging industry - Solid un...
