Mechanical Site Inspector (Building Systems) | GTA, ON The Opportunity: We are partnering with a well-established M & E consulting engineering firm to support the hire of a Mechanical Site Inspector. This role is primarily site-based, supporting h igh-rise and low-rise multi-residential developments (95% of projects) across the GTA, with occasional exposure to other building types as required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site inspections of mechanical: systems (HVAC, plumbing) during construction. Monitor work completed by general contractors and M&E subcontractors. Identify deficiencies, non-compliance issues,: and construction discrepancies. Prepare detailed field reports documenting site conditions and findings.
