Location: Calmont Operations Building Department: Star Kids CM Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: Responsible for supervising/ coaching/ mentoring STAR/ CHIP/ or STAR Kids workgroups (Pods) comprised of Service Coordinators/ Case Managers, UM/ECM RN and support staff to achieve department goals and objectives. Acts as process owner and subject matter expert for program benefits and long term supports and services (LTSS.). Additional Information: Responsible for supervising/ coaching/ mentoring STAR/ CHIP/ or STAR Kids workgroups (Pods) comprised of Service Coordinators/ Case Managers, UM/ECM RN and support staff to achieve department goals and objectives. Acts as process owner and subject matter expert for program benefits and long term supports and services (LTSS.). Education: Licensed Social Worker; minimum of five (5) years clinical experience; Masters Level Social Work degree (LMSW and/or LCSW) required. 3 to 5 years case management or utilization management experience required.
