Summary: The Field Applications Engineer partners with customers, sales teams, engineering, and manufacturing to develop technical solutions for fluid power and mobile equipment applications. This role serves as a technical resource supporting customer application development, troubleshooting, product integration, and wire harness/system design. The ideal candidate combines strong technical capability with customer-facing communication skills and enjoys solving complex application challenges in a fast-paced industrial environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Serve as a technical resource for customers, OEMs, distribution partners, and the sales team regarding product applications, integration, and troubleshooting. - Support customer application development by recommending and implementing Cattron solutions for new and existing applications. - Assist customers with technical issues, product troubleshooting, testing, and field support activities. - Design wiring diagrams and wire harnesses for customer-specific applications. - Develop application drawings, layouts, and technical documentation to support customer projects and manufacturing requirements. - Participate in customer meetings, des...
