Description Job Description: Director of First Impressions, confused, thought you were applying for a receptionist position. Well, that title doesn’t exist in Avanti. You are the most important person our visitors/guest will meet when they first enter our community. Yes, this position has specifics but there are a few that are more important. Smiling and happiness is natural, whether you are meeting and greeting a new guest and/or seeing the same person daily it makes no difference you greet them with a smile and enthusiasm each time. Smiling and Happiness results into HAVING FUN!!!!!!! This outcome makes fulfilling the list of responsibilities easier to accomplish. The Director of First Impressions fulfills front desk and some administrative duties and is responsible for a variety of general office tasks requiring willingness to assist all levels of the community with a smile.
