Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance Location: Woodlawn, MD: Job Type: Full-Time: Target Salary Range*: $134,000 - $175,000. *This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary Position Overview: - Expertise in configuring and administering ServiceNow SAM Pro to manage software assets, licenses, and compliance. - Strong understanding of the integration between ServiceNow and other tools like SCCM, discovery tools, and enterprise systems for asset tracking and management. - Solid understanding of software licensing models (e.g., user-based, device-based, subscription-based, core/processor-based, cloud application subscription) - Experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation, including building custom reports and queries using ServiceNow's reporting tools. - Experience in working with major software publishers such as Microsoft, Adobe, and VMware.
