Location: Geisinger Community Medical Center (GCMC) Shift: Rotation (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: Yes Job Summary: Geisinger's Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our team at Geisinger Community Medical Center in Scranton, PA. Job Duties: Why Work at Geisinger Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute spans a 31-county service area and has 69 Cardiologists, 12 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 12 Vascular Surgeons, as well as 82 Advanced Practitioners. This team provides care in a complement of 5 acute care tertiary/ quaternary hospitals, 4 community hospitals, numerous outreach locations and together performs over 10,000 cardiac procedures and 60,000 echocardiograms annually. Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute features multiple accredited chest pain centers, a nationally recognized regional STEMI PCI network, TAVR program, complex arrhythmia ablation, and a full range of coronary, vascular and structural heart interventions.
