Copa Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to support individuals with disabilities while guiding and mentoring staff.In this role, you’ll combine direct care with team leadership , helping ensure high-quality, person-centered services in a group home setting while supporting staff development and program success. What You’ll Do As a Lead DSP, you will play a key role in both care delivery and team support : Direct Care & Support - Assist members with daily living activities (hygiene, meals, mobility, etc.) - Support community involvement, social skills, and independence - Transport members and assist with appointments - Maintain a clean, safe, and structured environment Leadership & Coordination: - Mentor, train, and support DSP staff - Act as a liaison for families and team communication - Help resolve challenges and support program operations - Lead in the absence of the Program Coordinator Documentation & Compliance: - Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation (service plans, logs, reports, etc.) - Support compliance with DDD/DHS requirements and agency policies - Partic...
